Denial of necessary help
We have had Samba for over 33 years. No complaints until this year. My physician and myself wants me to go to TIRR in Houston Texas for inpatient treatment. I have M$ and with this disease my needs change. I need help with transfering safely on my own. My husband is now 70 and has back problems and paying $19 hour (approximately) is hard for us. I.have also been diagnosed with diabetes which requires insulin injections. I need help to do these myself. My weight is affecting my diseases. I have a pool and want assistance in being able to make use of it. Í.want to go out on my and need to be able to use public facilities . I need help with depression. My upper body tries to compensate for the lower which is causing problems with my neck and back. My legs and feet are swelling due to poor circulation. There more personal issues I don't want to list. II was denied
